I love to discuss my paintings with my customers, and as we cannot do this face to face, I use email as the next best thing. Please let me know which painting is of interest to you by using the Enquire about This Painting button in the product details within the Art Gallery or New Works section of this site. This will automatically generate an email to me and we can then either discuss your requirements in more detail or begin the order process if you have already decided to purchase. Order Process Once you have decided to purchase a painting, you will need to send the payment by cheque to my address, which I will advise you by email. Upon receipt, I will post the painting to you, letting you know when I have done so and when it should arrive. Postage & Packaging All prices already include postage & packaging to a UK mainland address. I will advise you at the time of ordering whether there are any additional costs should delivery be required outside the UK mainland. Delivery will be arranged using Royal Mail's First Class service. Return & Refund Once received, should you subsequently decide that the painting is not to your liking then you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of its delivery to you. You will however have to pay for the cost of its safe return to me and it is expected that this will be in the same manner in which it was delivered to you ; by Royal Mail First Class and using the original packaging material. |
